Important Notice to All Test Takers
To ensure a fair and secure testing environment, please carefully review and follow these required testing protocols when taking your proctored exam:
Room and Environment Setup
- Your testing room must be closed off and free of any unauthorized materials or persons.
- Perform a complete 360° room scan and desk scan when prompted to verify this.
- Your computer setup, including any additional monitors, must be inspected by the proctor.
- Make sure your testing area is well-lit with minimal noise and distractions.
Identity Verification
- You must present a valid photo ID to the proctor for authentication purposes.
During the Exam
- Communication with anyone besides the proctor is strictly prohibited.
- Use the raised hand tool if you need to contact your proctor.
- No eating, drinking, smoking, bathroom breaks, or leaving the webcam view is permitted.
- Do not alt-tab, switch applications, or have any unauthorized materials/devices out.
- Headphones/headsets are not allowed unless approved for the exam.
Exam Completion
- Await proctor approval before closing any exam resources or applications when finished.
- You may be required to complete a post-exam survey or provide feedback.
Failure to comply with any of these testing protocols can result in termination of your exam. Your adherence to these rules is critical to upholding exam integrity.
